Facilities

Not only is the residence an excellent place for studying but it also provides recreational facilities for times when u just need to relax and unwind. One can choose to go for a swim in our clean swimming pool, watch television in one of the TV rooms or simply chill/socialize with friends in our cafeteria. The cafeteria/ TV lounge are hotspots therefore residents can connect to the internet should they wish to.

The residence provides 24-hour security with security guards ensuring that there is no unauthorized entry. All activity within the residence is monitored via fully operational cameras. Parking within the residence is also provided for residents with motor vehicles and the security guards also ensure that the cars are kept safe.

The residence has a laundry room which is fully equipped with a plethora of washing machines and dryers. There is a washing sink for those who prefer hand washing as well as an outdoor washing line.

Protea Computer Labs - we share a computer lab with Protea and Ikamva Residence. The lab is situated at E Block Protea and is accessible to students 24/7.
